It runs on your machine
One command installs the engine, creates a starter vault and registers the MCP server with the agents it finds. The quickstart is the whole of it.

We will ask you things
In exchange for the place: what you loaded, what your agents ignored, and which rule you expected to be obeyed and was not. That is the part the evaluation cannot do by itself.
